Ashby BART, tennis courts, and parks are 10 min on foot, and the Berkeley campus is within walking distance as well.

The house has two bedrooms with one being furnished as a master bedroom. The other one has a sleeper sofa and office setup and could also serve as a kids room. A living room with a dining section, a kitchen, and a family/TV nook with a sleeper sofa make it a cozy home. Washing machine and dryer are in the unit, a gas grill available on the deck. No pets please.
