2. Assigned parking space is for one car and for the tenant only. Car registration is required. Street parking available for guests.
3. Leases are for a minimum of 31 days up to a maximum 120-day fixed term. For longer stays, please contact manager. Occupancy is best suited for one occupant.
4. Required housekeeping without linen change is scheduled weekly for an additional $75 fee to keep wear and tear down to a minimum and ensure the condo stays in good condition.
5. No pets of any kind are allowed.
6. Applications for rental are initiated and processed via invitation from manager to apartments.com website.
