Description

The listing is for a beautiful WHOLE HOUSE in southeast Santa Ana near the South Coast Plaza area, and near John Wayne airport. The house is furnished in an eclectic style.
You will have a bedroom with a king bed and a second room nursery with a crib. No commercial use, parties, inside smoking, drugs, or pets.
The house is near Irvine, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach. It is convenient for most of Southern California. The house has a TV in the living room only. You will have access to the whole house. There is also laundry in the garage. Shared space is the yard where gardener comes every other Tuesday. I may come by on Tuesday evening to take care of the trash. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and I may ask you to park on the right side as we occasionally need to remove a truck on the left side of the garage. We do not live here but we live in Lake Arrowhead. We will try to be available throughout your stay. PRIVACY NOTE: There is a nest doorbell with a camera and microphone that connects with our cell phones that may be used live and also records for a short period of time which protects both tenants and owner. We hope this is not a problem for you. There are no other cameras or microphones on the property. Please tell us about yourselves, where you are from, what you do, and why you are coming to Orange County. We try to keep this an allergen-free home.

Please do not answer the door unless you are expecting someone. We do not accept solicitation. There is high-speed internet access suitable for video conferencing. This is a no smoking house. Bed linens and towels are provided. The shower and bathtub fixtures are a two-handle type with one for water and one for temperature. They are old style that require several rotations to come on or off. Ironing board and broom are in the hall closet. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a single-serve coffee maker. Please use the provided RO water in this unit. There are coasters that need to be used on all wood and marble surfaces to protect them from cold drink condensation or heat from beverages.
