Looking for a long-term stay? We're happy to accommodate you at The Meadows from 30 days to 6 months! If you're looking to extend your stay, please reach out directly to discuss further. As a note, this property is a fit for extended vacations or those who may want a temporary change in scenery as they work from home. The property is not intended to be listed as a primary residence. Our rates reflect monthly prices OR call us for pricing options!

Start your Tahoe adventure here at this 6 bed/3 bath Highland Woods home with stunning meadow views. This home is about a 10 minute drive from the Heavenly Village.

It'll be hard to miss the brand new, completely remodeled kitchen with its stainless appliances and pearly white countertops not to mention the living edge wooden breakfast counter. The chef in the group will enjoy the meadow views while prepping meals. The open living room with large television and cocktail arcade adjacent to the dining room complete the space. A beautiful stone fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

When it's time to call it a night, you'll find 6 large bedrooms all upstairs. Each of the beds is custom made from logs and the room comes equipped with flat screen TVs. There are 3 bathrooms for guests to share.

This home has all the amenities a modern family might want such as smart flat screen televisions and superfast Wi-Fi throughout to support the numerous Apple TV streaming devices. We almost forgot the foosball table on the lower level. Make sure to take a soak in the private hot tub and stargaze from the private deck. A large fenced in back yard will put you at ease while the kids play outside.

Numerous hiking trails are just a few steps away and if the waters calling your name, you'll find Lake Tahoe less than 1 mile away including the ever-popular Regan Beach. Free summer concerts can also be found nearby! Heavenly is a quick car ride away to hit the slopes during winter.

This home does not have cable television, but rather an Apple TV hooked up at each television with Hulu LIVE, Netflix, HBO Go, and YouTube capabilities. Guests will have access to park 4 cars in the driveway, but no street parking is allowed.

This home has 3 air filtration systems with HEPA filters that help with fire season! Air filters are in every bedroom.

Long term stays are available starting 8/28/21. We are flexible with in/out dates. If you need to head back for work for a few days or some of the group need to come up later, no worries! Your belongings will be secured and undisturbed. The house is monitored on the outside with security cameras. Request our staff to provide a mid-visit cleaning for a discounted fee!

This home sits in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
