Lucerne Lake House is a beautiful and modern vacation home in South Lake Tahoe. This remodeled 4 bedroom/3 bathroom rental is perched in the Tahoe Keys and sits before the canals connecting to the lake. Bring your boat along, this home conveniently has a private dock right on the water. Guests will have access to the spacious garage and driveway during their stay.

Entering into the first floor of Lucerne Lake House you are greeted by a bright open floor plan. The area is brightly lit by the large windows offering sweeping views of the crystal blue lake.

The fully equipped kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and a generous amount of counter space. Guests can whip up anything from a scrumptious snack to a gourmet meal. A BBQ is available outside on the balcony. Fire up the grill and cook something tasty while watching boats pass by.

A plush couch is placed in front of a gorgeous stone fireplace in the cozy living room. On a chilly day light a fire and get cozy on the couch with a good book. If you are in the mood for a little competition, slip past this open floor plan where a pool table is set up.

The first floor holds three guest bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, has doors to the balcony, and has an attached guest bathroom with a shower. The second guest bedroom has a Twin over Full-size bunk bed and a single Twin-size bed. The third guest bedroom holds a Twin over Full-size bunk bed and has doors to the balcony. These bedrooms share a guest bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Head upstairs to the second floor for the master bedroom. The luxurious master bedroom has a King-size bed, large vanity, fireplace, and has an attached master bathroom. The master bathroom is spa-worthy with a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. This floor also has a family den. The den has a flat screen TV and a fireplace.

The back deck holds a private hot tub laid before the boat dock. Take a dip and unwind while you indulge in the jets and hot water. This is the best spot to stargaze from and watch boats float along. A full laundry room with a washer and dryer are tucked away back inside.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
