This room also has its own private living room. It's literally almost like its own apartment :) The 2nd primary bedroom also has a KING Size bedroom with its own private en-suite bathroom, a 65IN flat screen TV on the wall with plenty of closet space. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds. It's set up just like a hotel room with the TV wall mounted & views of the pool. The 4th bedroom is also a queen bedroom with the TV on the wall & extra closet space. There is a 3rd full bathroom right outside these bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is located on the first floor. It is a queen size bedroom & yes a TV on the wall. This 1ST floor bedroom is great if you have older family members with you, so they don't have to climb the stairs. It is located next to a 4th full-size bathroom & the laundry room. This awesome bright home sleep's up to 12 comfortably. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is central air conditioning / heating system throughout the house. Also Monthly housekeeping included.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all you could need for that yummy family breakfast or preparing dinner at home. There is an air fryer-toaster oven, Ninja blender, coffee maker, electric kettle etc. All the essentials.
Fully equipped kitchen with a large eat-on Island that seats 4 with a separate large dining room area which seats 6. Plus an additional table & 4 chairs.
The home consists of 2 separate living room spaces. Each with a 70IN TV in both living rooms. All of the TV’S in this home are smart TV’S. There are HDMI cords already in place for you to bring your PlayStation or Xboxes. One living room space can be used for the kids and one for the adults to pour a glass of wine and relax in.
There is free secured WIFI included throughout the whole home & pool area. All the TV’s are smart TV’s so everything you need is a click away, a pack-n-play, highchair & stroller for the small ones are available so you don't have to travel with all the extra stuff.
We have our own private swimming pool, a jacuzzi spa area with outside space benefits from patio loungers & furniture to ensure our guests can relax & take full advantage of the Florida sunshine. The whole rear pool deck is fully screened in as well as fenced in so it’s a SUPER PRIVATE pool experience. We do have pool door alarms, so that you can relax with your smaller children in our villa.

There are multiple restaurants & bars close to the community. There is a Walmart supercenter, grocery stores, Dunkin donuts, Starbucks, Chick Fil A, Pizza shops, Mexican Rest, Hurricanes rest etc within walking distance. Also other Shopping & restaurants are just a short trip down the road including Super Target, Publix Supermarket, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel, Carrabbas Italian Grill, & so, so much more to within a few miles away. Literally everything you could want & need are just short drives..
