Relax in our newly updated 4-bedroom 2-bath home. We have created a modern and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

We are located in a quiet and established neighborhood, close to parks and bike trails, in an up-and-coming part of town. Our home offers the perfect balance between serenity and convenience.

This home is just minutes away from a variety of location attractions including The Lights on Sheyenne, Scheels Arena, Sanford and Essentia hospitals and West Acres Shopping Center.

Sports fans will also appreciate the close proximity to hockey arenas, baseball fields, and numerous golf courses.

Foyer:
As you walk into this split-level home you will enter into a spacious foyer. Here you will find a large coat closet where you can store your personal belongings such as coats and shoes.

Kitchen:
As you make your way up the stairs from the foyer you will find a fully stocked kitchen with ample pots and pans, baking sheets, a crock pot, cutting boards, a blender, toaster, and a variety of cooking and baking utensils. There is a Keurig Duo coffee maker that offers the option to made a traditional pot of coffee or go the simple route of picking a K-cup. All appliances are full-size. A milk frother is also provided.

Dining Room:
The dining room is conveniently positioned off the kitchen and living room featuring a simple yet elegant dining space that seats 6 people. Two additional dining seats can be found at the bar overlooking the refreshed kitchen cabinets and decor. A standalone highchair is provided, and when not in use, can be located in the laundry room.

Upstairs Living Room:
You will be greeted with an abundance of natural light that beams through the large window and patio door. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa and two accent chairs as well as a 58-inch flat-screen Roku Smart TV equipped with all your streaming services. Extra blankets and throw pillows are added for extra comfort and relaxation.

Downstairs Family Room:
With plenty of seating for everyone, the family room is a wonderful place to unwind and relax. It adorns a large L-shaped section and ottoman that sits across from a 58-inch flat-screen Roku TV that can be used to sign into any streaming services. Adjacent to the sectional, there is an inviting leather swivel chair and work desk, creating an ideal space for both relaxation and productivity.

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom includes extra blankets and pillows for comfort. Each bedroom includes a 40-inch Roku TV. All bedrooms are outfitted with blackout blinds. Phone-charging stations are next to every bed so there's no need to hunt for an outlet. A pack-n-play is provided for free and can be found in the laundry room when not in use.

The master bedroom is located upstairs. It is features a king-size platform bed with a 12-inch memory foam mattress, high quality bedding, full length mirror, walk-in closet, and access to the main bathroom.

The second bedroom is located upstairs. It features a queen-size platform bed with a 10-inch memory foam mattress, high quality bedding, and spacious closet with shelving.

The third bedroom is located downstairs. It features a queen-size platform bed with a 10-inch memory foam mattress, high quality bedding, luggage holder, and spacious closet.

The fourth bedroom is located in the basement. It is furnished with two twin-size platform beds both with a 10-inch memory foam mattress, high quality sheets, and spacious closet.

Bathrooms:
This home has two full bathrooms with all new fixtures in 2023. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and makeup towels.

The primary bathroom is located upstairs across the hall from the kitchen. The second bathroom is located in the basement adjacent to the family room.

Laundry Room:
Positioned off the downstairs family room, you will find the combined laundry room/mechanical room. Both the washer and dryer are at your disposal and complimentary to use.
