? We have 2 exterior cameras in the front door area (ring camera) and a garage door camera. They will be on during guest stay and will be used for security and/or to monitor for adherence to our policies.

? Please understand that we are in close proximity to an empty field and wooded area. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including but not limited to: opossums, bees, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, and tree roaches. This creatures reside in nature and we do not have control over them. We do spray in and around the house regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs.

?Please be aware that the neighboring lot is currently under constructions. You may notice some overgrown grass in the area and noise related to the construction (usually business hours). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as this is out of our control
